Usually people put photos of smiling babies in blogs and albums, but they definitely don't smile all the time! When Riku is a bit grumpy (as opposed to really melting down) he has the funniest cry, usually starting off with what sounds like "ma ma maaa" and progressing to "woo woo woo", which makes pretty much everyone who hears it laugh!
Luckily he doesn't cry too much these days, and not at all at night, which is such a relief! I know I shouldn't take photos of him crying since I should be trying to fix the problem, but it's part of his personality, so here are a few, mostly from his first 6 weeks :)
Maybe he didn't like the colour combination? ;)
Not impressed by having to wait for his omiyamairi ceremony perhaps... luckily he was very well-behaved during the ceremony :)
